Emergency? Call 911
In the case of an emergency, call 911 immediately.
Our office is not equipped to handle major health emergencies.
Certain emergencies (chest pain, stroke, collapse, problems breathing, severe allergic reactions, major lacerations, bad burns, etc.) will be redirected by our staff to the closest hospital emergency department.
Please do not come in or call the clinic if you or someone you know if suffering from any of the above. Calling the office delays the most appropriate reaction, and time can be a critical factor in these situations.
After-hours
What if I need to see a Doctor but the office is closed?
Call 289-440-2196 for an APPOINTMENT during after-hours clinic hours.
Monday-Thursday from 5:00-7:30 pm
Fridays – There is no clinic but a doctor is on call
Saturdays & Statutory holidays from 9:00 am-4:00 pm
Sundays from 12 noon – 3:00 pm
**Appointments are for urgent problems that are unable to wait until the next business day.**
If you need health advice outside of those hours, please call our Telephone Health Advisory Service at 1-866-553-7205.
**Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room if your problem is life threatening**
