Dr. Paul Hart
It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you of the death of our much-loved friend and colleague, Dr. Paul Hart.
Dr. Hart has been an integral part of the King West Medical team for over 23 years, and his passing has left us absolutely heartbroken.
We understand this news may come as a shock, particularly to those of you who have formed a close bond with Dr. Hart over the years, period.
As always, we are here to support you through this difficult time.
His family have welcomed any patients who wish to attend and celebrate his life, which will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, RBG, Burlington.
Visitation: Saturday, May 2nd
• 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
• 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Funeral: Sunday, May 3rd at 1pm
AFTER HOURS
King West Medical is a part of the CORE Family Health Organization. This means that when you become a patient of one of our doctors, you will be covered by a doctor on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. What if I need to see a Doctor but the office is closed?
